Ok, I had a thread a few weeks ago about my unicouple leaking water near the faucet connection during the fill and if there was a way to attach a garden hose fitting unicouple to my Imperial Dua Cycle, I got the fittings but after putting it in turned out to be an epic fail. I looked at my faucet fitting and it's missing a ball bearing, could that be why it doesn't stay snug to the faucet hence the water flowing over the top? |

The ball bearing keeps it in place....as long as it stays on the faucet your fine.....
the leak could be coming from the little seal inside, which usually puffs up, so to speak, and forms the seal from the water pressure trying to get out....its a matter of finding another seal....these couplers are pretty standard.....or I know someone who used "O" rings as a replacement and worked..... |

Probably be best to replace the whole uni-couple......but most I have seen include both hoses.....somewhere around 35.00.......
I will use the model number to help look......they still use these, there has to be a replacement that would work This post was last edited 11/26/2011 at 23:17 |
