Inglis is a popular brand around where I live. They're basically rebadged Whirlpool machines now.

My parents range growing up was an Inglis, set my father back about $1500 in mid 1980's dollars because it was "Top of the line".

I would probably consider buying an Inglis range. The one my parents had was 15 years old before it gave up the ghost.

"They're basically rebadged Whirlpool machines now" They were rebadged Whirlpool back then (and before that) too!

The Inglis Cycle

Inglis was Whirlpool's Canadian counterpart until recently. The WP name was introduced to Canada in the 70s as a twin to Inglis. Today, WP sells a whole range of models in Canada just like in the USA, and Inglis is now a budget make.

You can't swing a cat in this town, without hitting an Inglis appliance.

And that washer is right up your street. Am sure you can talk the seller down to a more reasonable price, especially if you show up with cash in hand.

Better move soon, tolls on the GSP and NJT go up soon! *LOL*
