hi all,
i have a candy aquamatic 8 washing machine that i am currently restoring. i need to find a place for cheap parts online because i need to replace the whole inner drum as the spider does not come off, the rivits are so tough and i dont have a rivit gun to reattatch a new one, so im going to buy a new drum instead.
Does anybody know of any discount parts website, not espares apart4u or ransom because they dont have the part of the part is really expensive. im hoping to not have to pay £150 and until im sure that i have to, i wont. any ideas?
thanks, george.

I would say that because nobody has anwered nobody knows.

And adding comments like Well? are pretty rude and probably wont get you anywhere.

okay i understand.
If you've got a problem with me just saying well, then can you just leave me alone and stop being so picky please? you do this to alot of people Rob and its bloody annoying and all it does is annoy some people and cause arguments, i put it because i thought maybe it was missed. not to be rude. thanks.

Well if thats the case its more appropriate to phrase a sentence together that says something like,

Bump,

Just returning the thread to the top incase anyone has missed it. is there anyone who can help me? i would be really grateful. Thankyou.

and im glad that you understand that because you put Well? it gets peoples backs up to the point where they wont help.

:)

Remove your spider

Could you not drill the old rivets out then replace them with coach bolts of the right size the end of the bolt is concealed under the paddle and if you use the coach bolt you can retighten if needed by removing the paddle..:)
