any one know how to make this kind of set up? Would be much easier than what I currently have, which is a Y piece then fill hoses of normal length connecting to the back- a bit messy when there's two machines!

Hi Andy, yes thats the one you need, it does make it less of a chore than Y adaptors and loads of hoses, you do have to position them in certain ways for some machines, like the one in the pic, the hoover inlet valves are inset so the hose was tight against the extended drum back, so all we did was twisted it round & having coming upwards....

nice setup....I have used them in reverse, to combine hot and cold taps to a single port machine....
