I am a Kenmore 70 series electric dryer.I was owned by one person, until she got a new Kenmore, and gave me to Goatfarmer Kenny.I work perfect, and I look good.I'm sure someone can help out and give a homeless dryer a home! I am free to anyone that picks me up in South Bend Indiana. Save me from becoming next years Honda or worse!

Man thats sharp Kenny. Sort of like the one I found at goodwill only a LOT cleaner. Were you in that storm last night. It hailed quite a bit here, and a lot of wind.

Yep it was a 700 with an alarm and a tub light.

It's interesting. This dryer with various modifications is still made.
This dryer is roughly 35 years old right. But you could go to Sears and buy a new standard capacity whirlpool made Kenmore and be able to switch out alot of the parts.

Now how many appliances can you say that about today?

GE dishwashers. Yes the tub is plastic. but the racks, the motor. ??

No,we missed the storm,it was at the other end of the state.

The same lady gave me the matching washer about 6 years ago,it's long gone, would have made a nice set.

There isn't a light above the timer dial? It looks like there is a spot there for one, perhaps the bulb is burned out. Some neighbors of ours had a set like this and they had lights...maybe a different model year then.

I know a few people that had this model w/d set. It's the most common models, but still, they're the 3/3/3 machines. 3 water temps, 3 water levels, 3 cycles.
