Two more great machines to add to Combo52's mid-winter sale

I just spoke to John and we agree that a new thread is in order to discuss two machines that were recently brought into his appliance warehouse. Neither of them are things he wants to keep, but it sounds like both machines deserve a shot at landing in an AW.orger's collection. I'll repeat what he said at the bottom of his original clearance sale thread:

"Yesterday while on deliveries we picked up a 1980 standard capacity WP BD washer model LHA5700WO, this is a 2SP machine with manual clean water fall lint filter. The machine is in great condition under neath, no leaks or rust, could use a new belt and the timer may have issues.

We also picked up an early 1990s GE FF Extra Cap, 7 cycle, 2Sp, mini basket washer. It to is in excellent shape and only needs minor repairs.

Let me know if anyone wants to save either of these, otherwise both will be parted out and scrapped on Sunday, Thanks John."

Sounds like both of these are very nice washers, deserving of being saved!!!
