Some time ago i looked at this companies website and enjoyed the thought of some one out there rebuilding and re-selling good qaulity machines.
Now having read this i am very downhearted that this poor women who obviously uses her twin tub like it should be used, is then shat on by this company. Like Mathew if i were closer i would gladly restore her machine for her, she does not deserve to be treated so poorly I am so sorry I cannot do anything to help her I can only wish her luck with finding some one who will sort out her machine Gary |

I wonder if the tech reconnected the belt or the linkage to the pump. It sounded like maybe the spinner was pumping but not the wash side. Or if the belt was off it would be labored with water. Seems like something that should take anyone with some knowledge no more than a few minutes to solve. A new pump should have no issues. I do agree with the pump system being very straight-forward.
