Think these may be the case of units quietly going about doing what they are designed to do. Have been on the market over a year now and hardly a peep in terms of complaints. Right after their launch, someone was selling the washer and dryers on eBay for well below MSRP. Should have nabbed one, but wasn't sure about quality Maytag only just put these "MaySung" units on the market. Only problem is for me was the manual while listing all and sundry in terms of cycles, did not explain what those cycles actually did. Contacting Maytag customer serivce was usless as they had the same limited information. Even "technical support" was clueless. Methinks it is because the units come from SamSung and basically the manuals/tech specs were just translated into English. Over all the units seem well built and have very good capacity for 24"/uncounter washers/dryers. Launderess |
