That's sort of common where the coating cracked or wore down and the result is just that.

 

I think a Good Run for Vintage KA's are right around the cornor. Seems they run like Filter Flos, Maytags, Kenmores,  Look at the Easy's that popped up last spring.

 

The 18 is my Favorite.

Therein lies the problem. He hasn't settled on a figure and can't decide on one. I've never been good at guessing games. I have other irons in the fire and I will eventually get the one I want...
