The GE Nautilus D/W at the cabin continues to give me a major case of red butt. With no filter and no top sprayer it leaves junk on the tops of most everything in the top rack. Cascade Complete (getting hard to find) liquid and Jet Dry help but not enough. Sooooo...
would anyone have a top spray arm and hose they would sell me? I don't see the sense in buying the parts new, since one day the machine is really going to irritate me and it will be replaced!

I would check on ebay. There are new and used appliance parts on there by the thousands. My bet is that most common GE parts can be found there, and if not immediately, then soon or eventually.

Did some looking around at parts. It looks like the "power shower" spray arm and hose will do the job. BUT, in the pics it seems that the spray holes are on the TOP of the arm, which seems like it blows the water against the roof of the tub? My Frig holes face down and out as expected. Any thoughts?

Depends

It depends on the iteration you get, but some have holes top and bottom as well as on the ends.  Some earlier versions had a few holes on the sides, plus the two that "propel" the arm.

Went ahead and ordered new parts. Very cheap. BUT parts place only had one s/s screw. Anyone know where I can snag another? If I ordered from different parts place, the screw cost $1.85, shipping $7.85. I had intended for the d/w to get screwed not me.

Parts came yesterday. Got a new "PowerShower" arm and hose. Still only have one of the needed screws. Probably won't get to cabin till next week and then will start the operation. Somehow the thought of boring a good size hole in the tank strikes me as not one of my best ideas, but I plunge on fearlessly! (and looking for good deal on new D/WTongue out)
