Last night, we were cutting a window into our office in the new building. It should have just been old drywall & fiberboard. The sawzall kicked back & bent the blade. We weren't sure why. Hmm, what's that on the old wall, under the current drywall??

I guess the paper must be as hard as it's subject.

After the blade bent, we decided to start to peel away the wall covering. It was truly bizarre to find this here. I guess the Bon-Ton, back in the fifties, repaired some of their appliances in this room. We never expected to see this. We got lucky on this one. The poster is in rough shape, but not bad considering it had been behind the drywall for about 20-25 years. I can't believe it wasn't ripped off the walls when they put up the drywall.

Yeah, it's still on the fiberboard. It'll stay in the building once we move in. I'l probably frame it and hang it in the office or the shop.

Wild is right!
I bet your eyes could not get over what you were seeing!
Did you look behind that wall to see if there was any hidden machines?
That would have been wild.
Thanks for sharing.

This is eerie! Kind of like the DaVinci Code. Wonder what lurks behing the other walls or ceiling? If those walls could only talk..........

You could........

Take a photo of it, scan it into a computer and reprint it and have a new copy.
