This immaculate little Vulcan Dishlex Mk. 3 appears to be for sale for just $10 in the Sydney area.
I'd love to have it, but living in another state certainly doesn't help.
Could an AU recommend some sort of alternative to AU Post that would help with this?
Obviously, Dishlex/Vulcan is owned by Electrolux now, although I think Vulcan themselves may have let the company become a separate entity at some stage in the 90's, not too long after moving into computerised machines.
This machine looks like the mid-late 80s, based on some of the pushbuttons on the machine.
Maybe someone would pick it up, and I'll buy it off ya in 10 years time :) Plenty of online stores here in Oz still stock parts for these old dinosaurs, and in more quantity then anywhere else, so keeping an old Vulcan running shouldn't be too hard
