Marty there is only suppose to be one spring, but it has to be installed on the correct screw since there are two of those. Are you sure you are not mixing them up?
There should be continuity when the plunger on the rotor shaft is in, no continuity when its out (pulled out via centrifugal force). You should be able to look in there to see if the contacts are touch in the start mode. |

Which side does the spring go and under or over the paddle? I've tried it in different positions and as I turn the rotor the pedal does not stay flat it seesaws..... Maybe the contacts are too worn? Thanks for your patience:) |
