If it is the heat-pump dryer... ... it is likely that it will tangle but this happens mostly with thinner fabrics like bed sheets. A bigger item like a woolen blanket does not make any problems in our BOSCH EcoLogixx 7... | ||

our siemens IQ700 heatpump dryer doesnt tangle anything, its pretty good but its not as gentle on fabrics, the zanussi is gentle on fabrics, just a shame that the zanussi is C energy raited :( | ||

Why did they got rid of the ability to change directions? I think the only way to prevent tangling is to turn the drum in both way evenly as a washer does. Any thoughts about that? | ||

I wrote to BOSCH concerning that matter It is simply to prevent the motor from damage. They don't offer reversing dryers for many, many years and I don't think they will change it in the near future though other brands of course do the directional change... | ||
