Ok, A person i know has an washing machine to sell. He says it is a really good machine. I have been there at his place to check out the machine.

He started it and was running almost a complete program. I say almost because there is something with with the spin.

He wants about 500 swedish kronor for the machine. I am wondering about if i should buy it or not. I have included a pic of the machine below. The photo was taken by the seller at his home.

I say it is a similar machine to Newwaves Logic 1300, right?

500 Kronor

is about 61 USD. I'd say "maybe." If parts are available for it, I would be more enthusiastic.

I did it. I finally buyed the machine, but for only 50 kronor instead of 500. I took a little look on it and decided i could repair it at my job, but the seller doesnt know that.

I have changed the bearings, pump and the thermostat, so now its running better than ever. Only bad thing is that there are some rust on the bottom plate, but i guess i can live with that. It stands now beside the keymatic washer. 2 hoover beside each other. Nice!!!!

I am planning to remove the duet washer and maybe try to sell the machine. Anyone interested?

Mr Fredriksam,

Yes, I am interested!

Since you mention the Duet again I think it's good to remind you of some unsolved matters. I, and I think some other members here too, still don't believe that you have the machines you say you have. In order to solve this problem I am willing to help you out. I noticed that you have a webcam (see the link).

I suggest that you remove the detergent drawer from the Duet and bring it it in front of the camera so we can see a picture of you together with that dispenser. And since you are taking pictures anyway it wouldn't be much more trouble I think to take a picture of you and the key of the Keymatic as well. And since you're at it, the most wonderful picture would be you with a picture of the control panel that you saved from the RCA Whirlpool machine.

Why would anyone pretend to have washers they don't really have? Most of us are collecting addicts, and our problem is trying not to obtain more washers (or stoves, or cars or toaster ovens, etc) than we already have.

And if someone does want to pretend, ok by me, as long as they are entertaining about it.

suds master...

because some of us are open and honest and then you have people who are somewhere within the shades of grey between black and white.
Fredriksam, a little evidence would be very good for you!
Please give us that.
