You don't see this model very often. Love the 50's styling like a car. Located in Montreal.

Oh!! I'd be shot if I even thought about getting this. It's not that far from the condo in Montreal (and hubby's not going away again until August... LOL)

GE TOL 1956 DRYER

combo52's profile picture

This was the last of the non hi air-flow GE dryers and the first dryer GE made with compensated auto dry that even cuts off automatically if used on 120 volts. It is a very good quite dryer overall, Tom and I have a white one that Tom used for years and I think he thought it worked really well.  There was a pink set of these plus a pink GE refrigerator sold awhile ago on E-Bay.

Paul you should get this dryer, there several machines in the collection that I wouldn't mention the brand names of that can be recycled to make space.

Go for the dryer. Hide the Club pans.

Yes, Hans, you are fortunate in having a loving, supportive partner and also in having a warehouse on your property.

Gorgeous Dryer!

Once you get it home make sure he knows that if he kills you, he has to bury you in a turquoise casket. That way you'd be beautiful for all eternity . . .

WP TL Portable DW

combo52's profile picture

Paul there's an appliance that you could get rid of to make space, [ I can tell by Chris's look that he wants you to get rid of it ]  and I can store it for you in my kitchen. I had that DW in Coppertone and I gave it away in order to get a similar KA TL portable DW, I wish I had kept the WP, in fact Paul I will trade you the Coppertone KA for the WP but I don't think that will help LOL, John.
