Hi Everyone,

About 2 months ago Todd (runematic) posted a link w/ photos (40186 on 5/7 ) about 16 machines that he is wanting to sell and find homes for ... At that time, Todd and I talked a bit ... and I agreed to help organize homes for all of these machines (well hopefully all of them).

So far, several folks have emailed me directly ... and I have found homes for some of the machines ... but still looking for homes for the remaining ones. Below is the list of what is currently spoken for and what is available. If you have any interest in these machines please email me. Per Todd..Each machine is $50.

Once we have the machines spoken for ..we would like to have a "get together" and pick up of the machines on a Saturday in mid-August. Looks like 8/11, 8/18 or 8/25 maybe good dates. Todd has also offered to give all folks that buy a vintage machine, a newer Maytag Neptune (all of which need some sort of work) on that pick up "weekend" =)... just for fun.

Here is a list of what is available (and what is spoken for)

TDE701 turquiose Maytag dryer. Like I said in the post it had some wire melt going on in it.

Bendix washer Like I said in the post, it didn't work when I got it years ago & was put into the warehouse. spoken for by graham sanders

Zenith dryer .. spoken for by graham sanders

1960's Hotpoint dryer -- I couldn't get in to it to get the model #

807 Maytag dryer very nice condition, don't know if it works or not. I've had it for a long time

Maytag highlander style washer. Again, I couldn't get to it to get the model #. This had worked a long time ago when it came out of the house. I know it leaks oil. maybe spoken for

Maytag pair. I couldn't get to the washer for the # but the dryer is a 941C, washer needs a lid. I'll see if I have one sitting around. Not sure though

2 maytag coin-op dryers from either the late 50's or 60's. I know there are no motors on these dryers.

Maytag pair, the dryer is a DE700 & Couldn't get to the washer for the exact #
Amp-style pair that worked when it came out of the house. This was in use until 2009 by an older couple. (Graham would like to have the current electric dryer ..and swap it for a gas one he has)

Amp washer like the pair definitely for parts. spoken for by scott davis

AMP with controls on the flat top. I'm bad with model numbers. This washer is rougher than I remember. I know we never tried it. The top has some serious rust under the lid. In fact it is missing some metal. spoken for by scott davis

And finally a GE dryer

Any interest guys and dolls? ...

I'd hate to see machines go to the scrapper to become razorblades. All are reasonably priced!

Sorry, Joe. No 606's.

Scott is going to need some help to find homes for these machines. If not, he is going to need to bring a bigger truck!!! Laughing

As far as the free neptune, it will be a Neptune TL to play with. I have a bunch in the warehouse in varying condition. To help Scott find homes, I thought an extra incentive would be a free TL. Now, they may have bad clutches, bearings or some other issues. They are being given 1) as an incentive; 2) as a future collectable; 3) it would give someone something neat to play/fiddle with.
