What do you think? Never have I seen anything like it. It is an integrated model but has a gloss panel but 2 dials and the programmes are letters plus (J) the drawer. Is it a rarity? Just wondering about this, its not a usual washer!

Chris

?

It looks like an Intergrated Version of the WM25, But what model is this one? I never saw this washer before so this is new to me.

An Updated Design of my Project.

Hi Chris
This is not a 100% built in washer.
When I saw it two days ago I was shocked - but really it should be posted in Deluxe because it is a younger generation to my WM31, it was based around it.
It has the control panel showing when the door is closed, so semi integrated if you like! I think it is 1200rpm too. It is a washer dryer, hence two dials, though I think the programmes follow the newer Hotpoint layout, like your WM64.

It's a rarity indeed, I haven't seen 1 in real life but it's in a 1998 Hotpoint Built-In brochure that I have along with many others lol, it must be 1 of the rarest Hottie's made, as ppl would natually go 4 the more common freestanding models lol :)

It's a BW61...

Updated version of the previous model and produced along with the 1997/8 range. It operates like a WD62.

James.

Chris!

I agree with the above idea. You could make a unit in one corner of your shed for it? Washer/dryer and the a cupboard for detergents above? It would look fab. Time for a shed revamp?

James.

because i dont have any room left :(
and my mum wont pick it up because she'd be worried about it smahing through the boot window (which is understandable here lol because the boy racers chew up the speed bumps)

Yes it's a BW61, I think it is exactly the same as the Hotpoint 6240 but with the later WM branding, e.g. "AQUARIUS wash system plus". I think this model remained with the WM6* range until the new WMA's came out in 2000, with SMEG making Hotpoint's machine (BWD20)

Hi Guys

Sadly I cant get it but I have got a machine in the garage that will also need to come in to the shed at some point. So I will build a higher bench in the corner of the shed for the WMA22 to go under. And there will be a sink next to it with a water supply for drinking water and for hand washing e.t.c So the shed will have a revamp but it is all planned out. Chris
