I would love to find this KA with the blue wash arm. Can't be certain from the pictures if this is a newer 4 way hydrosweep or the cast iron wash arm, but unlike the KD2P this one has the detergent dispenser and the cycle of the 14.

it just oozes vintage goodness.  If that was nearby I would grab it in a minute and suffer my partners wrath, then tell him  where to go.. ( not that he's never heard it before lol)  I like it that much.

LOL!

I love the ad - this DW was "porcelain inside and out" because the tub is only one thickness of sheet metal. Not that they're not supposed to be good DW's, but my understanding is that they are by-grannies noisy in use.

Here's My KD-5

And our good friend Terry L looking over it running.  He loved this machine.  Still have it but it resides in the garage right now.  It is the Electra.  No cycle selector buttons.  A bit loud, but cleans like the dickens.  Has the 4-way hydrosweep.

And A Money Shot

It's in good condition.  The pressure switch was bad and it leaked, but good ole Greg Nunn came to the rescue and repaired it.  Makes me want to drag it in and use it again.
