HI.

I have one AEG-Electrolux built-in dishwasher for 3 years now. In the last washes it started making a different pump noise during washing and it sounds like it doesn't have enough water pressure. I have already cleaned the filters but its the same.

Can anyone help me diagnose the problem and if possible help me get the service manual, it has electronic control maybe there is a service menu.

The model is AEG Favorit 55011VI PNC: 911935619/02

Regards.

Sounds like the water level control is not working right. It wouldn't be the first AEG that had a faulty one. Have you contacted Electrolux?

It's also possible that the screens in the inlethose are dirty. Have you looked at those?

AEG dishwashers are very rare on this website I think. Hope you can get it fixed.

Since it has 3 years warranty is over and I feel I'm capable of repairing it.

Last time I had a problem with a washer and hotpoint9534 gave me a link to the service manual, maybe he can do it again this time.

How do I test the level control?

Water Level...

Maybe you are having a water pressure issue as suggested by the clogged hose screen. Try letting the machine do a complete fill like in the main wash portion and then open the door and see where the water level is. See if adding a few quarts (or liters) of water doesnt solve your problem.
If it does, then check the hoses and screens and the fill valve screen.

I once picked up a Bosch machine than was thrown away because it was obviously not cleaning the dishes. Undissolved soap and lime scaling inside the dishwasher was very evident.

I took it home, connected it and there was barely any water filling it at all. The screen of the valve was totally blocked with chunks of lime and the valve was so bad even after cleaning the screen and the valve itself,I had to replace it. New valve and better water where I live and that machine cleaned and performed wonderfully. I even connected it to a cold water supply and it did just as good a job as with the hot water and took only 20 minutes more to do a full load. Now that, to me is an energy efficient machine. None of this 3 hour madness!

Checked all the filters and they are clean. Maybe there is something blocking the wash pump. I'm considering opening it but without the service manual I can do some mistake.

Check the electrolux online store but it only as the parts scheme not there real place in the washer.

I think I have found the problem.
The upper spray arm has a rubber gasket that was out of place. Water was not going in the correct path and it didn't preform as normal.
Also because there was more water exiting the in the upper basket the main wash pump was starving for water.
