I saved the dryer! However, I do not think the 220v connection is going to be as easy as I though, due to the wiring in my 250 year old house... It is a LDE 309, and in pretty decent shape, except for one nickle sized ding on the top. I just finished cleaning it up, and the tub is in perfect shape. I didn't pay a lot for it, and if there is anyone out there who would want it, I'll give it to you for what I paid, if I decide not to use it. I may go get an older MT dryer tomorrow, so let me know if there's any interest in this one.

Congratulations Mark!

Glad you could save it. Eventually I'd like to get something similar to match my A107 and convert to 115v.

If I'm going to make a perminate installation of this, I will have to run a 220 line, but my breaker box doesn't have any more room. Going to Home Depot tomorrow!

If you want to use it much. It's WCI garbage. However might be worth saving for Posterity's sake.

Don't waste your time on the washer X2.

If your breaker panel is full why not get a more economical Gas Dryer?, the only way I ever use electric dryers is when the home does not have natural gas service.
