I've just moved into a smaller apartment and will no longer have room to restore (or even use) the lovely old twin-tub washer that came into my life a few years ago. If anyone would like to have it, all you have to do is come and get it. Be warned, it's on a second floor with no elevator, but there is a nice wide stairway.
It ran the last time I fired it up, but there's a small leak in the spin drum and all of the hoses and wiring are old and somewhat brittle. I have the original user's manual as well. The machine itself is dark brown.
If anyone is interested, please just send me an e-mail and we can arrange pickup in Washington County, Illinois. If I can't keep her myself, I'd at least be comforted to know that she's joining one of your fine collections!
