Hi all.

I am very very new here, so if something is not posted right, please excuse me.

I am facing some problems to operate with a washer/dryer Candy Alise 65 which I recently got. Can not understand how to operate with the dryer. The timer is from 1 to 10, but what that means as time I can't understand. Tried to find instruction manual, but unfortunately found only one in french, which is not very complete. Also two of the buttons are not familliar to me also. Its a real shame, cause I am working as a salesman of domestic appliances for almost 20 years and can not understand how to operate with my own.

Instruction manual or any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

For the dryer times I suggest you experiment and see what numbers relate to half hour, hour etc. For the manual you may be able to order one online. This link is for UK but there may be a similar site for Bulgaria:

Each mark is 10 minutes
So 1 is 10 minutes drying, 10 is 100 minutes

Does your Alise look like this?

(image) - if it does, than here is full explanation:

Buttons (from left to right):
Door open - for opening the door
On/off - I suppose you know that
PLUS button - this is like "intensive" button on modern machines. You'll notice you have 3 detergent compartments (marked as I - II - III in the draw (right from them are chlorine and softener dispensers). The "I" is for the prewash, "II" is for the standard main wash, and "III" is for the extra detergent when the PLUS button is selected (so in that case you put detergent in both "II" and "III". What machine does is - first take the detergent from the compartment "II" and when it reaches 50c it adds more water and detergent from compartment "III" ensuring a better wash and detergent disolving.
HALF LOAD - uses 20l of water less on the cotton, and 16l less on synthtetic cycles, situable for half loads.
DRYING BUTTON - you press this button for activating the drying function. HIGH HEAT drying is the one after the cotton cycle, and LOW HEAT drying is one after the synthtetics cycle.

Each number on the drying dial means x10 minutes (1=10 minutes, 2=20 minutes etc)

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask! :)

Thank you all for the quick response.

@fido - already sent inquiry to candy after sales service. Still no response.

@dj-gabriele - thanks

@nrones - HVALA PUNO. This is the exact model and that was totally complete information and the one I was looking for. Anyway if you have an instruction manual in English or Serbian on PDF I will appreciate if you can send it to me at mick@vip.bg.

Again thank you all guys.
