Note: this is only happening on permanent press mode, running a timed cycle results in no leaks and no stoppage. |

Are you saying that the timer stops advancing or that the wash action stops? |

This is a very strange set of circumstances.
At what point in the Permanent Press cycle does it stop? Is it during the wash phase, the cool-down phase or the rinse phase? If I read correctly it only leaks on the Permanent Press cycle? I cannot for the life of me think of a reason why it would leak on one cycle and not another. |

It completes its initial fill and wash (agitator moves) then stops. Don't get the leaking myself, I'm stumped as to it working fine one way and leaking the other |
