A massive Hobart CPW-100. This is the Dishmachine for those who have over a thousand dinner guests. This classic DM will automatically pre-wash, wash, rinse and sanitize over 300 racks of dishes per hour with spottless results. Just chnage the water and clean the scrap trays after every meal service while keeping the Ecolab system full and you will get perfect dishes every time.

Looks like a Stretch Limo.

Yup. That machine can crank out some dishes. I had a CPW 80 in the kitchen of my first Chef's job. Way oversized for what we needed, but it was a Great Machine.

Wow! What is the dishwasher equivalent to "will it hold a king-size comforter?"

Always amazing

to see these behemoths still churning away after all these years! Production basically ended on them in the late 80's and were still being made while the newer C-Line "A" models were produced. Talk about a back log of orders!

The sad part about it is that parts are becoming obsolete or too slow moving to stock anymore as well as prohibitively expensive due to lack of scale of purchasing some parts. There are not too many left here in central Florida, though there are still some chugging away at Epcot. Most places have the newer style units.
