Newer Haier full-size TL machine. Has a stainless tub and a strange Dual-Action agitator (cross between a Norgetag and a Whirlpool IMHO), but look at the water temperature dial for the real reason I posted this.

Haier full-size TL

I've seen those full-size Haier machines. It looks to me like frig/elux variation-its odd because you've never seen any of frigidaires other top load washers with s/s tub.
When we briefly considered Phoenix as a place to live, I applied for work with an appliance distributor. They handled the Haier line and the fellow show me a room full of the Haier full-size top-loaders that had been returned to them as junque. I didn't see any other models-just the full size. So I suspect that this is not the greatest piece of work to hit applianceland.

In Australia there is always a warm rinse option for the wool cycle.

warm rinse option

warm rinse is hard to find here in the states. Most machines only will give a cold rinse. Some of the better machines will have a W/W option, but its been a long time since I've seen a H/W option. My Lady Kenmore DD I used to have listed a W/W option, but really only gave you cool (not cold) during the rinse-thanks to the stingy Auto Temp. Control.
My hettie does rinse in warm, but not with a hot wash, only warm wash.
This is all due to Gov't energy regulations (which I'm sure king george will abolish soon, but don't get me started...)
