I have a old Hotpoint Potwasher dishwasher made by GE. We dont use it alot. we only use it 2 tor 3 times a year. The motor gets seized often becaause we dont use it. So we have to put a stick in the motor and turn it so it will unseize. We didnt use it today only because we only had 4 people at dinner. so we just decided to handwash and that took 10 mins.

I am a one person household. I still use my dishwasher, let the dishes accummulate over 3 to 4 days. What your dishwasher is doing is exactly why one is supposed to run the dishwasher at least once a month, plus keep the seals from deteriorating. I suyggest your family reconsider why the don't use the machine. |

washing dishes in the machine takes the same or less water than washing by hand. Lawrence/Maytagbear (currently running a load of dishes in his GE Nautilus Portable dishwasher) |

It's just a Thanksgiving load, and a lighter than usual one. We went for a more country/rustic table. It was a casual scene so the frilly china would have been overkill.
Dave's son-in-law Steve is a manager at Whole Foods. He ordered a Thanksgiving dinner at work so most of the work was done, and it was all in disposable foil pans so there wasn't much to run through the Classic Supreme besides dinner dishes and a few serving pieces. Not enough material to cram the machine full and create a true BobLoad. The turkey was excellent, by the way. A Diestel free-range bird.
Here's the lower rack. I won't even post a shot of the top rack. It's not worth the bandwidth. |
