Yup! I got a pedestal, the blue one to match the knobs. It's gorgeous and I love a front load washer at a nice height like that! I have yet to do a load in it but I ran a spin cycle empty and it vibrates a little more than it did before the pedestal but not too bad. It's on a cement floor in the basement so it's pretty solid anyway. We'll see how it does with a load of towels tomorrow!
P.S. that thing was a BITCH to get installed and it seems somewhat Jerry-rigged as the bolts it came with to attach the machine to the pedestal are smaller than the holes and they provided metal washers to fill in the gap... Very strange! |
