Hi folks, new member here. My name is Jay. I joined out of interest and curiosity. A love of old appliances and a place to talk and share help and info. I wanted to share my latest little project. We are trying to bring our new house back to close to original. The main part was built in 1960, with a large addition in 1970 that has a second kitchen. Getting close to finishing the front kitchen, but having trouble finding an appropriate dishwasher. So, I decided to see if I could fix the dishwasher in the back since everything else worked. It had been sitting for a least 6 years. I freed the stuck motor, replaced the inlet valve and it works perfectly! I guess that's a testament to how well it's made. I'll post some pics of the dishwasher, back room, and front kitchen in my photos. Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving.

Rotorack.  Very similar to what Robert found a year or two ago.

Nice machine, congrats on fixing rather than replacing.
