Siemens

Jerry, I have a friend who manages a PC Richards store. He told me Bosch makes this machine.

Yes, Bosch and Siemens share a company for household appliances called BSH (Bosch und Siemens Haushaltsgeräte - Bosch and Siemens Household appliances) They devellop and manufacture household appliances together. The design of the machines are just a bit different, although there are not many differences between their American frontloaders.

About Siemens and Bosch

Did you Know: The most common problems with the Bosch and Siemens washer from 1989-2001 is that the cole is bad made. This makes the washer sounds bad and in the end dont rotate the drum or anything.
On newer machines its the control board that is the weakest point (or it seems to be anyway) Just wanted to share this tidbit

Bosch and Siemens are exactly the same machine. They're made in Bosch's North Carolina dishwasher factory. Looked at both and bought a Bosch because of service and price.

Well in europe BOSCH and SIEMENS are also the same. The differnce in price I don't understand. Quality is mostly good. But finding durable appliances is hard even today!!
