The jet cones had broken off. I do have NOS cones and a much better pulsator for you. I also have NOS bellows in case you rip this on when the pulsator comes out. At least this tub has no holes in it.

Spent the teen years with the Bronze Custom Deluxe and have wanted one since. How amazing that you're offering machines for free. Who says there's no Santa?

Love that washer. What a simple design. Wish I were closer!

Does anyone have information on early Gold Crown models. I'd like to know the differences between WN3 WN5 WN6 WN66 WN7 WN8 models...

I have a matching dryer for this washer. I think I'll eventually repaint it avocado to match my WN7 washer as it needs paint anyway and it doesn't have a porcelain top... I'd like to find an avocado plastic handle for the door before I repaint it.

I replaced a few parts on the dryer since. It was a DN66 with only timed drying, now it's a DN5 with an automatic cycle.

Gold Crown models were sold by Stores not Frigidaire Dealers so they all differed in what features they carried depending on what price point the Store wanted to compete at.

I sold tons of them back in the day. Now they're as scarce as hens teeth!

Boy I'd love to get my hands on that thing, I've been wanting a Gold Crown solid tub for years.
