 A very good friend of mine moved recently to a rental home and discovered a direct drive Whirlpool machine in the laundry room. Its got a few problems, though...

Aside from the obvious need 
For Agitator Dogs. If the machine is bouncing it either has a bad suspension spring or the rear leveling system is locked up. I would suspect the spring due to the noises and the fact that the washer seems to sit squarely on the floor. This would not be the fault of a flumpy floor as the machine appears to be on concrete

I'm going to say it's a spring because in your agitator dog video, the tub is leaning WAY to the left. | ||

My aunt had a machine just like this with the same problem. Hers turned out to be one of the rear leveling legs | ||
