Had no idea where to ask this question (before contacting Miele)
I have a W961WPS for over 4 years now and on the control panel I found 3 instead of 2 hidden menus.
The first hidden menu is the one you can find by pressing the 'short' and 'extra water' buttons at the same time while pressing the on off button. This is a menu for programming extra features in default like extra rinse, extra water and soak options.
The second hidden menu is the one the service technicians use to test the washer. By pressing 'start' and 'short' you enter this menu and you can test the inlets, the pump the motor in wash and in spin speed.
The third menu I find while fiddeling with the controls you can enter by pressin both 'start' and 'extra water'. I have no clue what this menu does. If there is anyone that can help me i'm very curious!
I wanted to add the link to the washers manual but didn't find it in english.
