The BF had a wine glass break in his Kitchenaid DW as he was rolling the racks in... He thought he got all the glass out and started it... This morning, the machine is full of water, and nothing happens when he either hits the Cancel button or the Rinse Only... I assume there is a piece of glass in the pump... Is this a DIY repair or a call to the repairman?
Model: KUDSO3FTSS# Serial: FW1701836 All opinions welcome! Thanks! |

If there is no power at all....no lights come on when a cycle button is pressed, and there is water at the bottom of the tub, most likely the thermal fuse on the electronic control has tripped. Part # is W10258275. Must be replaced; not resettable. |
