I got so aggravated just watching this video. Are people really this dumb? First off for a machine that is 9 months old, look at the filth and softener buildup. Secondly, these people clearly have no idea how to operate the electronic controls, or how to balance a load.

Cockpit errors here-the washer is smarter than the operator!

Did he say that they just moved into a 3 million dollar home? And he needs his UNIFORM cleaned so he can go to work?

Maybe these people are squatters!

I was wondering the same thing-what job requires a uniform that pays enough to live in a 3 mil house?And--for folks whose jobs require the use of a uniform--usually they have several--so the one in the washer wouldn't matter. The washer sadly does look kinda tacky-note how the cabinet panels bulged a lot when the drum hit them!Thats WP for ya nowadays!

Do these washers have a hanging suspension system similar to the Bravos (impeller-based) line, or is it a traditional suspension?

You mean "What has Maytag done to a beloved brand!! Don't blame Whirlpool..the damage was done long before Whirlpool came along!!!

Thats true-Maytag themselves were their undoing-but WP hasn't improved them-Maytag is just a name now.

or it may not. The originals mostly did. The last ~15 years mostly didn't. Surely Fred is agitating in his grave.

Whirlpools don't exactly whirl any more either. [eyeroll]

I see there is still a lot of "feelings" about the Maytag brand.
And anger prevails.
Is it really important who was at fault now?
Everything changes at some point.
The death of Maytag has passed.
RIP Maytag

he got a lemon

1) why is that washer so nasty?? the dispensers and more are filthy
2) if your washer is smarter than you its not for u he clearly did not read the manual
3 a 3 mill house an that's how the basement looks ? really + if u can afford a 3 mill house you an your wife would have bought some fancy front loader
4)this washer seems to have a bad board or rpm sensor in addition to the sensor to stop it if its out of balance

we have the whirlpool variant of this the WTW4850xq3 with the 3 @ the end meaning its the third gen with engineering changes.

so far no off balance loads washes good and does not take long in my opinion im uploading vids of the sensing process and spins as we speak and its nothing like this smh

here is the link of ours spinning

I don't understand the guy in the video. He says he wants to rinse his clothes so he can "get all the scum off" but then a few minutes later he says he wants the machine to drain so he can dry his clothes so he can go to work. Will he wear his clothes with scum on them?

A lot of things he says in this video just don't make sense. Maybe if he cleans his washer up it will appreciate him more.

I'm pretty sure if you bought a 3 million $ home, the builder wouldn't have installed these if he has any reputation.
