Hi all,
I have the chance to buy a kleenmaid ( Brandt ) intergrated fully dishwasher,
I was wondering what people thought of this brand. All I know is they are made in France!
Thanks

To the best of my knowledge, Brandit is part of Fagor. They have factories in Spain, France, Poland and Morrocco.
They and blomberg had merged as well from what Ive seen on the internet but they had only merged for a short time as blomberg were bought out by arcelik and then brandt was bought out by fagor.
Tom :)

Fagor appliances (Ocean, Fagor-Brandt-Sangiorgio, De Dietrich) position themselves in the same market as Indesit (Indesit, Hotpoint, Sholtes) in this order, BOL, MOL, TOL segments.
You can expect similar performances and reliability. Nothing impressive, nothing extremely bad.

They try to position themselves in the upper market area with the Sangiorgio and De Dietrich brands but they're nothing more than MOL level and nothing else.

Unless you can have it for a very reasonable price I'd get another brand!

I tend to agree for a couple of reasons.

- We've friends who have one which has had issues since new. Anti flood device kicking in for no reason etc.

- Kleenmaid went bust here a few years ago - try getting parts.

- Other dishwashers are out there that will be more reliable

- There will be others that will do a better job.
