Hi friends...... hey, it`s been a veery long time since I don`t come here, so I`m
very happy to come back and i`m needing an advice from u guys!!!

recently I bougth an EU made Whirlpool dishwasher Carisma ADP 6950 WH, a French model, sold by a french couple that came to brazil and think it wasn`t working, since the voltage in EU is 220 50hz and here in Brazil is 60hz, but i just change the drain pump and it worked wonderfully!!! Well, almost wonderfully... that`s why I need the advice.....
I`ve been using it for some weeks, and i notice that the cicle times have been too long in the auto steam 40-70 cicle.... whit any level of soil, the cicle has been
araund 3 to 3h20 hours.......
Does someone know this machine? I`d like to have the service manual, so I could reset the turbidity sensor for it to calibrate again......

Thanks for all..

Hugs guys!

Some Euro Whirlpool have very long cycles. What does the user manual say about the cycle duration?

It says the Auto steam 40-70 can be from 65 to 220 minutes....... and it`s taking almost 200 min..... well, I put the dishes veery dirty in the dishwasher, but my old dishwasher, that was a German Whirlpool imported by a Brazilian brand took 150 min in the normal 50 cicle and cleaned well.....
I just changed the dishewasher couse this Carisma is much younger and more beautiful than the other......and i tought the auto cicle would be fun, but i`m kind disappointed.

Actually all modern dishwashers have longer programmes than the older ones. My new Miele dishwasher takes more than 210 minutes on the automatic cycle. My old AEG dishwasher took 78 minutes.

So it still close to three hours even with no dishes on auto? Don't know if one even can reset the sensor...
