I still have not seen one on a service call yet. So I have no opinion.

Piece of junk in my opinion. High failure rate on the shift actuator and lid locks. Loose connections, broken wires, faulty control boards, bad transmissions, loose nuts on the main drive pulley where there is a service bulletin advising adding thread lock to the threads. Cabinet not removable, only access is from bottom. Uses a 1/4 hp motor. Lots of service calls on a 3 year old design. Lots of complaints about very low water usage and noise from the transmission. Very cheaply made IMO.

Don't like them. Too many electronics now, and takes over an hour for one load where as my DD gets the job done in about 31 minutes or so (time varies slightly if warm water is used)

I made a whole video of my thoughts about it (more words than anything) if you're interested.

Not very good but better than most other sad excuses for a TL these days. I love the old BD and DD WP machines. But for modern give me a Speed Queen or nothing!

What's the model number on those Crosley's? The ones on their website are the new Whirlpool BD design (VMW).
