Not Harvest Gold (which was edged); Harvest Wheat which was IIRC introduced in 1973. We had a more BOL version of this dryer in the same color with the same style backsplash (the very one pictured below from an ex-AW member's collection). Instead of buttons for automatic cycles, ours only had two toggles; one for heat selection and the other for start. Like all of the GE dryers my family owned I can tell you all reliably...when the clothes came out of it, they were dry. |

Thanks for posting the photos. I would grab it, but the fuel would cost more than the dryer.. |

everyone has a name for their color....and the same goes for regular paint, it should all be just a universal numbered color, no matter who puts it on/in their product, it would be so much easier....
think about it, a company such as Revlon who made a thousand shades of RED, and for the most part, there really is only so many you can make, but each year older colors are dropped off in trade for the new colors to come out, it's the same freaking color, just has a new name.... a simple idea would be if I wanted to match a paint color, I could go to any hardware store, and just ask for a gallon of Yellow number 42.... but the bottom line, no matter what company, and what color they call it...it's either, black, white, yellow, green, brown, cream, etc.... |

Thats a very well kept old GE dryer. Almond and Onyx certainly have ran their course. I am eager for new colors. alr |

I e-mailed the seller just for the heck of it, no response.. Either Yogitunes grabbed it and didn't tell anyone or its just another flakey Craigslist seller, probably the latter. |

That wouldn't be an issue if the dryer was priced at $400... And it would be an issue if the dryer was just two blocks away and free...
It all depends on how much you want or can afford to spend to get it (and if you trust your vehicle to get there and get it back home!). At least that's how I see it! |
