My neighbores threw out an old washer the other day. I caught a glimpse of the control panel the night before the trashman came...

It was an older Kenmore. No dials at all, just a touchpad around the middle of the panel. Looked to be from the 80's, although I can't be sure. The Interior of the washer appeared to be fairly trashed, which I would expect from that particular home ;-).

Anyway, I think I've heard mention of these Kenmores, but forget if they are BD Whirlpools or something else. Any info?

It's well on it's way to the crusher by now...

They are Whirlpool-built. Could be either belt-drive or direct-drive.
