You're right

Gyrafoam.

An aunt had this one, but built-in, and hers was from '67, so around 1965.

That seller provided me with a good laugh, though.

I am fairly sure s/he is just an innocent.

I'm a '63 Fabulosa, but I'm no freiking antique!

LOL. Honey-cakes, I got some good mileage in me yet.
No leaks and a decent rack. Hoses in decent shape....And I've got a sprayer, not an impeller.

You have to be kidding me.

It never ceases to amaze me. A majority of these E-bay sellers are so ignorant. "Looks like one of the first dishwashers built." I sometimes have online arguments with these nuts when I try to correct them but they're so hard headed. One woman thought she had a GE wall oven from (get this)1949. I told her they didn't exist in '49 but no she was certain. She supposedly called GE herself and confirmed it (sure). Buyer beware.

Thank goodnes for ignorant sellers. Those in the "know' seem to benefit the most. Toggles, you are nuts! Don't ever change. :.)
