Lifes full of ironies, when I bought my Volvo estate I was working at the re-cycling centre and needed an estate car to bring gear home (whers, dryers etc), a very short time after getting the car I got ill and had to give up work that was over 2 years ago, the car has never had a washing machine etc in it since I bought it.
But today on our local Freecycle a Hoover de luxe dryer was advertised as offered, I replied and went to collect it, wasn't sure which model it would be, well it turns out to be one of Hoovers nicest dryers though the condition is not, obviously I couldn't refuse it and is sitting in the back of my car, I don't know what I will do with it, but at last the car has for filled its purpose as carrier of heavy items. Anyway fots of the dryer im sure it will clean up maybe |

Well done Gary. A nice fine and yes one of Hoovers nicest machines. I remember a good friend of mine in York had this model and a matching washing machine. She took in laundry but I think the washer had a 600 or perhaps an 800 spin which meant for long drying cycles. God knows what her electric bills were like!!!
I'm sure you will have it in pristine condition soon and look forward to seeing the results. It even looks like it had its seat belt on :) |
