What I saw from Alliance when those stainless twin tubs used the WP Surgilators was the old style chromed Speed Queen caps on the black 'tater. Maybe some had WP caps, I never saw one though. That nubby black agitator cap was discontinued by WP in the 1980s. I will check my old stocks from my scavenging days when used appliance stores were full of belt-drives... Gordon |
