Hi,
Will a timer from a Kd-19 dishwasher (#4162558) work in a KDC -20c (4162714) kitchenaid dishwasher, thanks, Brian

Simple answer!

Absolutely not! Cycles are different and the 19 cannot accomodate the heated dry which reappeared on the 20. At least without majoir electrical modifications, which if a person is not good electrically, the result could be a bunch of burned wires and possibly worse, a fire!

Thanks Steve....I kind of knew that but I was just hoping....wonder how hard it is to get a timer for a KDC-20 timer...this unit is in very good shape...it came out of a cottage and is hardly used, Bri
