Hi, I posted this over in the Imperial section, not realizing it should have been posted here. I've purchased a KDS-19 that runs great but is in much need of TLC. I had high hopes of nicely restoring it. However, I'm feeling very discouraged because I can't find an upper rack assembly anywhere. Other interior parts are still available right now.

The adjustable tines have tines missing and there is rust in other areas. I could probably touch up the rust, but the broken tines are not nice to have. The rack is also proving to be impossible to get all the brown staining off. If I could find a set of nice adjustable tines it would help. My hopes is to find a rack that is decent and replace it.

The tub itself looks good after running Dishwasher Magic through it a couple of times, except for some age related dulling.

Right now the dishwasher is not appealing for me to use. I know it is technically clean but will never feel that way to me unless I replace the racks. I can still find a bottom rack and utensil holder.

I had high hopes of returning this dishwasher to its former glory and I'm fearing at this point it may just sit and become a parts donor someday. That would be a shame because the motor and pump seem strong and sound good.

If anyone has a nice rack they are willing to sell, please contact me.

Well, it looks like this popped over into this section even though I had posted this in the Shoppers Square section where it probably should have gone in the first place. I'm sorry about that. Not sure why it did this......
