It is a 1970s T.O.L. G.E. Piranha Disposal. It has the universal motor in it and is 1/2 H.P. also the Carboloy cutter on the side of it.

I was wondering if anybody in here would be interested in it? This thing grinds faster than anything and will not clog a sink

the grind output on these is liquid. There is no grind ring in these to dull there is a Carboloy carbide cutter on the side and that is

it.The disposal in all stainless steel and is in the box with instructions and everything and is brand new.

These are VERY rare and people love them cause

they grind so fast and last forever..I am going to list it on ebay if nobody here wants it..These run at 8000 R.P.M.s they do not

sound or grind like any other disposer you can get.I got cause I thought I did not have one of these but, I found one I forgot about at our farm.I am asking 90$ for it and I will cover shipping as long as it's in the lower 48 states.

our farm LOL...

I had a 70s GE universal in my early-80s apartment. $90 is a DREAM for this kind of performance. Nothing works like the stainless/universal GEs. If I still owned my house, I would.

Volsboy: I would be interested in your Piranha disposer-that is a GE Classic-Used to have one!It would shred ANYTHING you put in it!

That is a cool 1970s graphic on the side of the disposal. No matter what color your 1970s kitchen appliances are, this disposal will color-coordinate.

I sent Volsboy and Email saying that I was interested in his GE disposer.Would love to have one like that again!Just as its name implies-a real Piranha under the sink! You throw it in there-the Piranha eats it!A real shredder!!!

. . . when you're grabbing the bottle of Dawn or hitting the reset button, they sure did doll it up.
