Great shape and a good deal for the price, especially since it appears to be a much sought-after soft-mount machine!

Dood, *LOL*

You still need three phase 208v/220v power to run the beastie.

One would need a McMansion the size of Tara to install such a large washer. Our local coin laundry has several 35lb washers, and am here to tell you while "small" they are not exactly unobtrusive. *LOL*

Wow, that bruiser would 'butch-up' any laundry room! Cool!

It probably is better to go with bolt down models on machines rated to hold that much laundry. The weight needed to counter the forces of washing and spinning are going to make the unit VERY heavy to the point of nothing but a good concrete floor will do.

Cool machine, but I'm not feeling the blocked window.
