in my speed queen dryer for sox!
Something I didn't have with my Whirlpool. In the dryer drum but under the lint filter trough. :-)

Paul, you may have uncovered a portal to one of life's great mysteries!

Frigilux,
LOL!

I love the speed queen set. I thought I was going to hate that lint filter but it is actually less messy than the whirlpool. I do miss the drop down door.

The washer. It's a pig on water. But it's fast. I'm waiting for my Gas and water bills to come to see how worse it is on water. If it's too much of a pig then I'll be offering the washer for sale. Hopefully to a member of the AW.org

I have to say the finish is beautiful. The machines are quiet. I have never had a top loader that was more balanced.

To keep bills down do fewer and larger loads, instead of more frequent smaller ones. If you're like my other half when we first met, and must do laundry every three days simply because you refuse to own more than three pairs of underwear and socks, steer clear of top loaders. You'll go broke in utility bills trying to avoid buying $50 worth of underwear. :)
