I sent email to the speed queen support center requesting information for ordering the knob inserts. I was hoping to purchase them directly from Speed Queen. However, they just told me to go through the local dealer. I don't want to bother them with such a small purchase.

Has anyone been able to order the colored knob inserts on line?

thanks,
paul

Thanks but....

That doesn't say how they were ordered. :-)

Just order them through your dealer, man! It doesn't matter how small the purchase; dealers exist to provide service to customers---especially to one who bought a washer from them.

Hi Malcom,

searspartsdirect.com does not carry the inserts in the parts list. I used the part number given to me from the speed queen email. AR09-811
I know I should go to the store I bought them from, but I like doing things online if possible to save a trip. I'll probably just end up waiting til I order another appliance. The machine works so good, even if it is a water pig. :-)

You could just wait until an errand of some kind takes you near the dealers location, then you could kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.
