So I was at Second Chance in downtown Baltimore today, huge warehouse filled with architectural salvage !!!!!! And look what I found !!!! I spendt 2 hours there just checking out all the stuff. Lot's of used appliances especially ranges from the 30s, 40s and 50s !!!! I recommend this place highly !!!!!!!!

If that had been a later Pink Plastisol Pull-Out I'd have been all over this beautiful kitchen. Cadet was a great color. Pity they gave up on it so early. Ahead of its time.

Whoa!

What a freakin' haul!  It would almost be worth re-designing a kitchen just to fit this configuration.  I agree with Ken about the Cadet Blue, and as a result there's just not much of it out there.

Why is it that when I see the yellow and blue cabinets I automatically think of "Traumatize Your Kitchen".......

Those are still there?! What is the price on them now? They were out of my range when they first went on sale.

Ithink it was a little over a grand, the dishwasher could not be pushed back into the cabinet looks like it was out of alignment , the stove top and often needed a good cleaning but otherwise look like they're in good condition. They also have the wall mounted refrigerator too !

I just dropped by today, the kitchen is stll available, last listed price is 995.00 but I have a feeling they would take less than half of that to move this thing.

Hmmmm...might need to clean out the garage. That kitchen is hot; if they go lower on the price, I may just have to buy and store it.

If you do Jason and don't use it first, I might buy it from you in a few years.

The diswasher tub is not aligned, I tried to push it in, the detergent dispenser is intact and silverware basket is there. A little rust on the racks, not alot. The glass covering the clock on the oven is broken, the counter top is a boomerang pattern.

I was lucky enough to get a call from a Habitat for Humanity shop when they were given a barn full of new Old stock GE cabinets - many still in the boxes - I was like a kid in a candy store - I bought the two drawer piece that goes below the built in oven - the oven surround - two or three odd upper cabinets - and the best find was the lighted cabinette still in box in perfect condition with the sliding glass doors - and of course - all in my favorite color TURQUOISE .. trying to figure a way to use the cabinette over my turquoise maytagss when I get them installed
